Buenas amigos de foro-ptc....necesito su ayuda...puesto que tenia una cuenta premium en Iconbux....y solo me pagaron la primera vez 4,68$ y la segunda no me pagaron en el tiempo establecido (48 horas) le di mas que eso y no paso nada... a lo que procedi a hacer disputa... aca esta toda mi disputa: la cosa es que al final los hijos de puta de alertay decidieron que Iconbux no violo sus terminos y que no va mi disputa... que puedo hacer???? estoy baneado en Iconbux ....acaso los mas de 100 dolares que inverti se los quedaran???
Este es una de las disputas en las cuales esta sumado (membresia 59$ + 21 dolares para rentar referidos y otros 20 y tantos para rentar mas referidos.

Support, The 3/4/2012 I did a purchase at iconbux for membership ....I Request my payment three days ago and still dont pay me....Also l try to contact him and nothing ....And in his terms put that they pay by alertpay in 1 day ...would be thankfull that you took the required actions. i hope my refunds.

accept your tos????? alertpay please refund my investment in this scam site....first they dont respect his tos.they put that the payments are in 24 to 48 hours ..and this is a lie..if you can see... because he dont pay in the especific time...he broke his terms..so I do not want to come to enforce its terms if he don't respect. and also i dont want to invest in SCAM SITES.
also alertpay.... Onbux banned me when i opened this dispute...and stayed with my invest.
I hope alertpay take appropriate action and refund my all of my invest in this scam site.

As I wrote you before, We have no refund policy. You registered and Purchased in Iconbux.com by accepting all of our Terms of service. Please clarify your problem, so we can help you and solve the problem. There is no refund policy.
And Iconbux.com is not any investment project. You purchased Credits and Membership. This doesn't mean you invested in Iconbux. Because we are not any investment product. We simply pay our affiliate for their activities, such as Paid to click. and Payment is being completed naturally within 24-48 hours. However for some special cases such as account review, or any other investigations payment may take up to 30 business days. This was clearly described in our Terms of service. Read it again and reply here so we can solve the issue

When I joined to Iconbux the terms for make the payments were within 24-48 hours. Now you have changed that for "30 business days in some cases"? Like I said, you are a lier and you are trying to take my money. In fact, you have banned me from Iconbux because I am making this dispute, Why did you do that? Now, we cannot reach any agreement.
I hope that Alertpay help me with this problem, It is so clearly that you are a thief.

As I stated Earlier, We have no Refund Policy. And Your Purchase is not related with The Payment to User Terms. Read our Terms of service about The clause: Payment to Iconbux. Again to clarify things. Please be informed all sales are final and non- refundable. We never changed our Terms. All sales are final and no refundable. I don't understand how you can be so brazen....i am going to write the right things:
4 march i decided to upgrade, to premium membership.to take benefics of that membership.. that in that month was 59 dollars, Then in 19 march i decided to rent 100 referrals, for that reason i bought 24,30 dollars to add money in the rental balance in Iconbux. and then in 30 march again i bought 21 dollars to add money in the rental balance in Iconbux, for rent 100 more referrals.
My only request of payment that Iconbux paid me was in 24 march, and was 4,64 dollars.
You put that i received 19,64 dollars when that is a lie.....its true that I requested my second payment of 19,64, But Iconbux never pay me in the specific time (48 hours) and for that reason, I decided to open dispute to recover my investments.
Alertpay team You can saw in my Payment history that this user is lying.. i never recieve that payment.
Iconbux should me: 99,66 Dollars
My Invest : 104,3 Dollars
My Cashout: 4,64 Dollars
